The World Tarot Card Meaning
What The World means upright and reversed, with readings for love, money and career.
The picture and its symbols
The World shows a dancer inside a laurel wreath with a guardian in each corner. It is number 21 of the Major Arcana, the part of the Fool's journey about moving past the old toward a larger completion. The last card of the journey that began with the Fool. It is one completion and, at the same moment, the starting line of the next journey.

- Advice
- A Major Arcana card points to a larger current that effort alone does not control. Put your energy into aligning with it rather than resisting.
Reversed meaning
unfinished, delayed, loose ends. You are almost there, with one last step remaining.
- Love
- The relationship stays in place without a conclusion.
- Money
- The goal is running late. Adjust the plan a little.
- Career
- The wrap-up is slow. See the remaining work through to the end.
- Yes or no

- Advice
- A reversed Major Arcana card signals that you are pushing against a larger current. Before forcing things, ask what you need to let go of.
Timing
Because this is a Major Arcana card, do not hurry the timing: wait for things to ripen. Readers usually think in terms of a season.
